Our RANGE
Base Kids was founded by paediatrician and mother Dr Claire Gibbons to support children’s nutrition with evidence-based, child-centred supplements. With 15+ years experience in child development, she created two gentle, unflavoured, multivitamin and mineral food supplements, developed to be as taste-neutral as possible - Everyday BASE for most children, and Everyday EXTRA BASE for those with more selective dietary intake. Both formulations are powdered and can be added to any food, hot or cold.
Free from artificial sweeteners, additives and allergen-tested for gluten and milk, all products are made in a TGA and CMO-approved Australian facility.

Everyday BASE is a multivitamin and mineral, gentle fibre blend that is suitable for most kids to supplement normal dietary intake during periods of occasional fussy eating. This unflavoured, powdered formulation is taste-neutral when added to most foods (hot or cold sauces, pasta, yoghurt, spreads like butter and jam, fruit purees). Everyday EXTRA BASE
Everyday EXTRA BASE is a multivitamin and mineral formulation for very fussy eaters. With a gentle gut friendly fibre mix that has higher doses of vitamins and minerals, this formulation is for kids who consistently have fussy eating patterns. If your child rarely eats a rainbow of colourful whole-foods (eg a child that prefers beige foods like rice, white bread, potatoes and has little intake of vegetables, fruit or meat) Everyday EXTRA BASE is the formulation for you. Everyday EXTRA BASE is an unflavoured powder, formulated to be as taste-neutral as possible, with a small scoop size, that can be mixed in to any food (hot or cold- pasta sauces, bolognese, butter, spreads) or thickened fluids (eg yoghurt, custard, ice cream, fruit puree, milkshakes, juice).

HOW TO USE BASE KIDS
Formulated to be as taste neutral as possible and gentle on little tummies, Base Kids food supplements are unflavoured formulations, designed to be mixed in with foods your family already eats (pasta sauces, Mac and cheese, yoghurt, pancakes, tomato sauce, breads like Vegemite peanut butter or butter) without altering flavour. Simply mix the recommended serving into the food or spread, making it easy to support your child’s nutrition without fuss or resistance at mealtimes. If you are keen to mix Base Kids in with fluids we recommend flavoured or thickened fluids (rather than plain milk or water) to avoid clumping or sedimentation that little investigative eaters may detect!
